A flyer providing information on the Technical Writing Concentration/English Major at Old Dominion University (ODU). Completed as a client service project for Heather Weddington, Chief Departmental Advisor of ODU's English program.

ENGL 495 - Feminist Disability Rhetoric

​

An accessibility audit of Old Dominion University's Center for Learning and Teaching's office suite. Recommendations are provided on how to improve accessibility throughout the office space. 

ENGL 381 - Public Relations

​

Public relations materials prepared to inform Domino's Pizza customers and stakeholders of a brand-new pizza recipe. Includes a press release, background information, list of relevant media outlets, new logo, new mission statement, memo to employees, and interview questions.

ENGL 435W - Management Writing

A recommendations report written for the upper management of the Virginian Pilot to implement a permanent work from home policy. Completed as a group project.

ENGL 495 - Feminist Disability Rhetoric

A 30 day calendar showcasing various disabled dancers and choreographers, as well as organizations working to make dance programs more accessible, intersectional, and inclusive for dancers of all abilities. Displayed short term in F. Ludwig Diehn Center for the Performing Arts.

A user manual demonstrating how to create new color swatches in InDesign using the Swatches Panel. Created using InDesign.

ENGL 381 - Public Relations

​

Public relations materials prepared to preserve the reputation of the Epsilon Space Company after an unexpected explosion of one of their unmanned test flights. Includes a press release, letter to the editor, letter to employees, fact sheet, and media questions.​

A literature review discussing previous examinations on how fathers have balanced their work and family obligations throughout modern history and what it means to be a "working father."
