My name is Isabel Butler and I am currently a Senior at Old Dominion University seeking a Bachelor of Arts in English. My field of concentration is Technical Writing, and I am minoring in Communication as well.

 

The primary purpose of my portfolio is twofold. First, it highlights completed course projects that I feel are relevant to my future career field of copywriting/copyediting. The work I've included can range between pieces that demonstrate my compositional skills to my observations on communication and its contexts. I've also included earlier works from my first two semesters at ODU as a point of reference for my growth as a writer. Second, my portfolio presents copyediting experience I've already obtained through job opportunities, internships, and extracurricular activities.
